Channeling + Voice Activation 4 Week Course:

Tapping Into Higher Self

4 Sessions: Wednesdays.

This is a 4 week container and includes 4-2.5 hour sessions. Each week will have a theme, and participants will be asked to reflect on it in advance, so we may receive clear information.

Isa (Ishkayah) will be guiding the group to tune in together and set intentions. Together we will focus and clear our minds of clutter. She will then begin the group channeling session, inviting in the higher parts of each person present. We will connect our energies together, and learn how to be in direct contact with the higher self.

There will be transmissions and activations especially around the voice, with light language attunements. Those who are opening more to channeling and their own light language (hands, voice, writing, etc) will be encouraged to work with this in the sessions. We will meet on the Riverside platform, which should be downloaded in advance or accessed on Chrome.

Sessions will be recorded so you can access them again. Try and find a private place without distraction for the sessions, as the focus of the group will be very important for the information coming through the channel. Week 1 | Why Identify: Ego and Lower Density Limitations

Focus on what we tend to identify with in our earthly life, and then that we over-identify with. Perhaps it’s just a name, a title, or perhaps it’s a job, an archetype, a sickness, a man, a woman. Make a list of all the titles and words we tend to put after I AM. Begin to see how our identities keep us stuck in contracts, stop us from moving forward and letting go. Breath into the present moment and just be.

Week 2 | FEAR: False Evidence Appearing Real

Remember the last time you felt fear. Try to define exactly what fear means for you. Take a long look at this fear, understanding the root if its cause. Try to see if you can make fear a tangible thing, giving it as much weight as possible. Reflect on any sensations in your body and energy field. Visualize this same fear transmuting into love, lessing it’s grip, sitting in the present I AM.

Week 3 | Genie in a Bottle: Step into Your Limitless Power

Reflect on the genie in the bottle. Big genie trapped inside a small bottle. What is your fullest potential you are keeping bottled up? What happens when the genie comes out of the bottle? All wishes can be granted, anything you wish for is possible. Imagine your energy field, in the full power that you are. Are you keeping yourself small? Is there something holding you back? Feel your limitlessness now outside of the bottle, all access to what is and the power of manifesting. Nothing is outside of YOU.

Week 4 | Remember: Light Codes, DNA and Frequency

Feel into what it means to be multidimensional. When step out of the limits of the 3D, we have all access to what we truly are. We find comfort in the subconscious mind releasing the programming. We remember why we came here, we remember what we already know to be our truth. We speak in light language, when the higher parts of us come into resonance. Your voice is your vibration, your frequency, tune your instrument. Find healing by making sound and allow your information to come through you.

Join us live and in-person or virtually over YouTube Live, for a journey with One Light Tribe and the sacred cacao spirit. The session includes gentle movement, powerful fire breathwork, chant and sound healing. The journey is led by Isa and Ari, accompanied by ejé with a live DJ set during the breathwork. We also combine live rhythm and voice with the breath, followed by chakra clearing and sound healing with alchemy crystal bowls, didge, harmonium, shruti, chimes and flute. Theobroma Cacao (translated=Food of the Gods) contains many beneficial health properties and has been used as a food for millennia and ceremonially by Mesoamerican cultures. It was once comparable to gold, used in trade and ceremonially to document life-milestones.

When we drink cacao prepared for ceremony using high quality raw cacao beans, the mood enhancing neurochemicals in cacao activate. There is increased blood flow and oxygen to the brain, heart and skin, the whole body is nourished, awareness and focus is heightened and sensations are intensified. This promotes deep relaxation and often space for emotional release. You may feel a deep sense of joy and peace, a connection to the oneness as well as insights of limiting behaviors, thoughts and feelings that are able to be understood and released within the safe space of ceremony.

Cacao contains the neurotransmitters serotonin, tryptophan and dopamine. These assist with feelings of well-being, can combat stress and anxiety, and contribute to motivation. Cacao also contains the neuromodulator phenylethylamine (PEA) which helps the body create feelings of excitement and euphoria. Cacao is one of the highest sources of antioxidants and magnesium, is extremely beneficial to heart health, and helps lower blood pressure. Cacao also contains caffenine.

When we combine cacao with powerful breathwork, chanting, and sound healing, we can achieve a sense of calm in the mind, deep connection through an open heart, and witness energy flowing through and around the body. We begin the journey sharing in drinking the cacao together. We will lead you in warm up movements and a session of powerful breathing with loud music, a short meditation, and then a surrender to sound. Hopefully you will leave feeling energized but also quite relaxed in the body.

Please wear comfortable clothing for sitting and moving. Also please bring a water bottle and blindfold to cover the eyes. Yoga mats and bolsters/blankets will be provided. You will leave feeling both energized and grounded. This journey assists in clearing the mind and bringing blood flow and oxygen to your body, and naturally uplifts the spirit. Staying for dinner after helps to further ground and connect with the community.
